Step Up
Use a chain to made it like stairs and you just need to step
up on it and step down on floor. Do this for 1 minute or count it until you
feel it enough. Make sure to always change your foot every time you step on the

Split Squad Jump
Jump and split your leg when you are landing. Change foot on
every jump. Make sure to lower your ass and stretch the foot split to back.

Leg Raises
As simple as lay back and put your hand straight on your
side. Then raises your leg one by one, and start with any leg while count on
how many times you had raised your leg. This will helped in shaping your hip
and put strength on your back.
Chair Squad
This is much simple and can be done even you’re at
workplace. Just straight your hands forward and slowing lift your ass from the
chair. Stand half until you can feel the contraction on your hip. That’s mean
you are doing it right way. Do for a few minutes or count it until you feel it
enough.
1 Minute Plank
Well, this is simple. What you need is some strength. Lie
face downward and lift your body by holding the weight by using edge of you
feet and elbow. Slowly lift your whole body. Hold for one minute or more or all
you can hold. Because not everyone could this easily, a practice surely made
perfect. This surely helps on your abs.
