1. Do not wash your face excessively.

2. Choose an oil-free soap.


Oil-free soap will not will not cause clogged pores on your face or cause blackheads, pimples or white spots. Choose products labeled "oil-free", "nonacnegenic" or "non-comedogenic". Wash your face with your fingers.





3. Do not be afraid to eat your favorite foods.



It is a myth where the oily food and also chocolate can cause acne. Acne occurs when the pores are clogged with oil, face, skin cells and bacteria that cause inflammation. If there are types of foods that cause acne growth try to avoid eating these foods.




4. Drink lots of water.


Drinking warm water with lots allow your skin to keep hydrated. Also eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A and vitamin E. 2 vitamin that has been known to give good on your skin. Vegetables and leafy green vegetables like spinach and broccoli are also rich in vitamin E. Vitamin A can be found in fruits and vegetables that are like carrots, peaches and etc.



5. Do not use excessive makeup.

Avoid oil-based cosmetics, mineral-based cosmetics are usually mild like powder makeup will have lower chance to cause clogging of skin pores. Before and after make up make sure you wash your face.


6. Do not expose too much to sun.

It is a myth that sunbathing or tanning is able to clean your face. In fact, UV rays can cause your skin at risk for cancer, premature aging and wrinkling. And also there are acne products such as topical retinoids cause your skin to become more sensitive after you sunbathing.


7. Use the  oil-free'Sunscreen'.

Use the 'sunscreen' or a moisturizer that has a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or higher that provides broad protection from ultraviolet radiation (UV-A) and also UV B. Look for products that are labeled' non-comedogenic 'which does not clog pores . Apply it every 2 hours.



8. Make sure that the hair does not cover your face.

If your hair is long, make sure your hair is tied up so it does not make your acne worse. Remember, hair also have oil that can clog your skin pores. Even if you do not use any hair products.



9. Do not touch your face.

Touch or rubbing your face with dirty hand causing your acne worse. Please make sure you wash your face after you sweating.



10. Do not squeeze your pimples!
